Achieve A Better Life with Helpful Heather

I've been nicknamed "Helpful Heather" because I have a love for people and for being helpful. I created two businesses focused on helping others. These businesses were birthed out of a desire to be more available for my family and to make a bigger impact on those around me.

First, I started a cleaning business called "Helpful Heather" because I like helping others achieve a home that they enjoy being at. I've learned the benefits of having a clean and tidy space for myself and I want to help others feel the impact that it can have in their own life. 

Driven by my love for people, I started "Guided Growth". I completed schooling to become a Holistic Life Coach and Mind-Body Practitioner. My focus is being an Interpersonal Communication Coach. I help individuals with communication issues in all areas of life and parents struggling with intentional parenting. I am a great listener, empathetic, non-judgmental, and enjoy helping others overcome life's obstacles. My approach is whole-person focused and tailored to each individual's unique needs.

I am 35 years old. I have a wonderful husband of 13 years and 4 children. I love Jesus and hold space for people with differing religious affiliations and points of view. I live in North Webster, Indiana and enjoy small town living. 

I believe that everyone has the potential to live a life they dream about. By identifying and working towards their goals, in cleaning or coaching, my clients are able to create a life they enjoy.
