Cultivate A Better Life with Helpful Heather

I've been nicknamed "Helpful Heather" because I have a love for people and for being helpful. I created two businesses focused on helping others. These businesses were birthed out of a desire to be more available for my family and to help others create a life they enjoy.

First, I started a cleaning business called "Helpful Heather" because I like helping others achieve a home that they enjoy being at. I've learned the benefits of having a clean and tidy space for myself and I want to help others feel the impact that it can have in their own life. 

Driven by my love for people, I started "Guided Growth". I am deeply passionate about helping others communicate well. As an Interpersonal Communication Coach, I help individuals with communication struggles in all areas of life and parents struggling with intentional parenting. I am a great listener, empathetic, non-judgmental, and enjoy helping others flourish. My approach is whole-person focused and tailored to each individual's needs.

I am 36 years old. I have a wonderful husband of 13 years and 4 children. I follow Jesus and hold space for people with differing religious affiliations and points of view. I live in North Webster, Indiana and enjoy small town living.

Through my businesses, Helpful Heather and Guided Growth, I strive to help others experience joy, clarity, and connection in their everyday lives. My work is grounded in empathy, active listening, and a Christ-centered desire to serve, while honoring each person’s unique journey and beliefs.
